How do you speed up the generation of asbestos surveys and management plans, whilst ensuring that they are fully compliant with the law; contain all the required information and be sure it is correct, without the need to do hours of proofreading?
On top of this your customers need to access their information and download these documents at anytime, so they can prove they have complied with asbestos regulations.
Within the last few years the UK government’s ‘Office for Low Emission Vehicles’ (OLEV) department have introduced a grant for electrical vehicle chargers for up to £500 off the cost of purchase and installation.
The government has delegated the application process for this grant, to the companies that install the EV chargers. As this is quite a complex task our client, desired new features to be added to his existing bespoke software system, that would efficiently speed up the processing of these claims.
A central database is absolutely essential when the necessity to communicate across devices is required. Our client required an integrated system that could work in specific ways for different business areas.
Desktop software that could run on a terminal was desired for the factory to process the amount of plastic produced. For the warehouse a mobile app with a barcode scanner, added products to dispatches. The office web portal dealt with all aspects and brought everything together, whilst monitoring the whole process.
How do you cope with hundreds of business customers, from different industry sectors, who have multiple sites with many employees, who are all relying on you to ensure that their 'health and safety' is managed correctly and within the law?
You need a software solution that can organize and store all reports and documents, whilst giving easy access to all relevant parties.
When it is essential that you perform emergency repairs within narrow deadlines you need a software system that can track your jobs from initial booking to final invoice.
Having the ability to automate many routine tasks, such as generating documents; sending SMS messages; emailing invoices and quotes: all contributes to saving staff time and ensuring that all work is completed within required timescales.
In any given week TEKA services have to schedule many cleaning appointments across their employees. To do this, staff have to take into account each individual cleaner’s working hours; when they are unavailable (such as holidays and appointments) and allow for travel time between jobs. To ensure that cleaners aren’t double booked is a time consuming undertaking and prone to error.
TEKA services were looking for a software solution that would make it easier to organize their weekly workload, whilst helping them identify conflicted bookings and highlighting the cleaners’ availability.
The above is only a selection of the bespoke software we have developed. We are currently working on creating further cases studies for all the software solutions we have created, but it takes time. Our current aim is to add one new case study a month. If you're interested in seeing more, please check back at a later date.
